These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of our hotel services and facilities. By accessing or using our hotel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Reservations and Check-In
1.1. Reservations: All reservations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at our discretion.
1.2. Check-In: Check-in time is anytime. We require a valid ID and credit card for check-in. Guests must be at least 18 years old to check-in.
Payment and Cancellation
2.1. Payment: Payment for your stay is due upon check-in. We accept cash, credit cards, and other accepted payment methods as specified by our hotel.
2.2. Cancellation: If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us at least 2 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Failure to cancel within the specified period may result in a cancellation fee.
Room Occupancy and Conduct
3.1. Occupancy: The number of guests per room must not exceed the maximum occupancy specified for the room type. Additional charges may apply for extra guests.
3.2. Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner, ensuring that their actions do not disturb other guests or violate any laws or hotel policies. We reserve the right to refuse service or evict guests who engage in inappropriate behavior.
Property and Damages
4.1. Property: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to hotel property during their stay. Any unauthorized removal of hotel property will be considered theft and may result in legal action.
4.2. Damages: Guests will be held liable for any damages to the room or hotel premises caused by their actions, including but not limited to smoking, pets, or negligence. The cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the guest's credit card.
Safety and Security
5.1. Safety: Guests are responsible for their personal safety and the security of their belongings. The hotel shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or theft that may occur on the hotel premises.
5.2. Security: The hotel may employ security measures for the safety and protection of its guests and property. Guests must comply with these measures and cooperate with hotel staff as required.
Privacy and Data Protection
6.1. Privacy: The hotel respects your privacy. Any personal information collected during your stay will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy.
6.2. Data Protection: The hotel will take reasonable measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. Guests are advised to exercise caution when using hotel facilities or services that involve personal information.
Limitation of Liability
7.1. The hotel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our hotel services, including but not limited to injuries, losses, or damages to persons or property.
7.2. To the extent permitted by law, the hotel's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the guest for the specific hotel services giving rise to the claim.
Modifications and Termination
8.1. The hotel reserves the right to modify or terminate these Terms, hotel services, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice.
8.2. In the event of termination, the Terms will continue to apply to any completed reservations or obligations prior to termination.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria
By using our hotel services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our hotel services.
